Mother Moulds and Dies is a tool room that designs and builds injection moulds, press tools and dies for manufacturers across Chennai and beyond.
Our name says what we think of the work. A mould is the mother of every part that comes out of it, so any mistake in the tool is repeated thousands of times. That is why we spend our time on drawings, fits and finish before the first shot is ever fired.
Our workshop is in Thirumudivakkam, Kundrathur. Customers can visit, check progress and approve trials in person.
The two halves close around your part. Plastic goes in through the gate and cools, then the halves open and the finished part is pushed out. The cavity gives your product its shape.
Dimensions are checked at every stage, not only at the end. A tool that fits on the bench fits on the machine.
Good polish releases parts cleanly and keeps the surface of your product looking right.
