PressingThe upper die comes down, forms the flat sheet into shape, then lifts away. One stroke, one part.
MouldingThe two halves clamp shut, molten plastic fills the cavity, the halves open and the part drops out.

We study your part, plan the split line, gates and cooling, and share the layout before cutting steel.
Cavity, core and plates are machined and checked against the drawing.
Surfaces are finished and the halves are fitted so they close cleanly and release the part.
We run trial shots, adjust, and hand over the tool ready for production.
Design, machining, fitting and trial happen in the same workshop, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
Worn, cracked or flashing moulds from other makers are welcome. We repair, re-polish and modify.
